  • A: Shipping costs varies by size, weight, and destination. We offer standard or expedited delivery.

  • A: Yes. A credit card will be kept on file for the rental security deposit, covering replacement value in case of loss or damage.

  • A: For high-value or large-scale rentals, we may require proof of insurance.

  • A: Each prop is carefully wrapped and labeled, accompanied by an inventory, replacement values, a reference image, and return instructions.

  • A: It’s a simple agreement confirming you’re responsible for the props while they’re in your possession. It outlines replacement values and return requirements.

on YOUR set

  • A: Simply repack them in the original materials, attach the provided return label, and ship back by the agreed date.

  • A: Replacement values are listed in your rental agreement, and your deposit or insurance will cover the cost. We’ll work closely with you to resolve everything smoothly and promptly.

  • A: Yes, if they’re available—additional rental days are billed at the agreed daily or weekly rate.

  • A: Yes, upon request, we include a reference image so you can easily recreate the composition.
