how it works
step 1: Consultation
Talk to us about your project, budget, and creative goals.
-
A: Share your concept, creative goals, and any visuals—mood boards, shot lists, or reference images.
-
A: We’ll work with you to shape your concept, explore ideas, and discover the look and feel that fits best.
-
A: We recommend at least 1 week before your shoot to allow for selection, approval, packing, and shipping. Rush service is available if needed—see below.
step 2: props selection
Then we select props for you from our 8000+ collection.
-
A: Pricing varies on the number of items, duration of rental, and any sourcing or styling requests. Shipping is additional. Before you commit, we will provide a budget and an estimate for the initial payment.
-
A: Yes — for urgent requests within our standard lead time, a rush fee applies based on the scope and timing.
-
A: We select pieces for your theme, color palette, and layout—always tailored to the project’s specifications. We will source outside our collection if required.
-
A: We will source it or offer a substitute depending on your timeframe.
step 3: approval
You review and confirm.
-
A: We present a selection of props based on your requirements. If we are creating a composed set up, we adjust based on reviewing with you. We will provide a reference image or images with your order to use as a guide.
-
A: The period of review and finalization is up to one week.
-
A: Adjustments can be made depending on budget and timeline. If unforeseen issues arise and you do not follow through, we will charge you a cancellation fee.
step 4: pack + Ship
Your rental is packed with a reference image and return instructions.
-
A: Shipping costs vary by size, weight, and destination. We offer standard or expedited delivery.
-
A: Yes. A credit card will be kept on file for the rental security deposit, covering replacement value in case of loss or damage.
-
A: Your responsibility includes shipping costs, and insurance while in transit and in possession of the merchandise. You are financially responsible for any damage or loss. We require a letter of responsibility from you on letterhead stating this information.
-
A: Each prop is carefully wrapped and labeled, accompanied by an inventory, replacement values, a reference image, and return instructions.
step 5: on your set
You style, shoot, and ship back to us.
-
A: If we styled a finished composition for you, use the reference image of the finished styled layout included in your shipment to recreate the composition.
-
A: Replacement values are listed in your rental agreement, and your deposit or insurance will cover the cost. We’ll work closely with you to resolve everything smoothly and promptly.
-
A: Yes, if they’re available—additional rental days are billed at the agreed daily or weekly rate.
-
A: Simply repack them in the original materials, attach the provided return label, and ship back by the agreed date.
